There is a wonderful ash pan specific to the Green Egg which was designed with a lot more thought than usually goes into other grill’s accessories. This thing is shaped like a short wide shovel, with a handy handle on its end for quick and safe removal. Stick it under the charcoal cooker and it will protect your patio from the falling ash.

They come in different sizes and capacities.

This expands even more on the previous half-moon rack, because, well, it brings an extra level to the playing field. It actually increases your “cooking surface” by 200%. It’s a great way to save time and be more efficient, or to give different levels of heat to different food items, such as vegetables and steaks.
Then there’s the ash tool. (These guys have spared nothing.) It comes in small, medium, and large. It is not your ordinary ash remover and it will more successfully clean out all that gunk to clear up your Big Green Egg.
The temperature gauge is a must-have of this group of Green Egg accessories which will attach to the outside. This way you can get a better handle on your smoking, grilling, or even searing the meat as pleases you.
One of the most hilarious accessories has to be the digital probe thermometer. It looks like it should be in a doctor’s office! Anyway, you can monitor the temperature of meats inside your Green Egg Grill without even having to open it. A cord extends out to a temperature reading on the internal meat condition. Yes, these folks have thought of everything. They are the masters.

We have a big green egg that we absolutely love and quite frankly use 11.5 months of the year. We have been having some issues with parts breaking down and need to replace them. Please advise where to get replacement parts. We don’t ever want to part with this Egg.
